This is the 2nd time within a couple years that I had to call Folkes for a heat issue in the middle of the winter and at night. Their response was very prompt, the technician was superb and the replacement was done quickly. From the time I called to end of work was just around two hours. The on call technician Danny was great. He even had to run back to the shop to get a part he had previously used on another job. He quickly diagnosed the problem, got the part and expertly installed. He was very conscience of the surroundings and cleaned up the space after. My only issue is the cost of repairs. I know it’s an after hour call and there is some urgency to have the repair done quickly but I think that the prices are overinflated. Overall though a very positive experience

If you call, they answer and they give you a window of time that a repair / service person will be at your home . In fact , they call you and notify you within 20 minutes of their arrival.
