“Was having issues with our ductless a/c unit. Looked on google for local companies. Folkes had a lot of good reviews, so I called. They were professional from the beginning. Shout out to the office staff. They were totally honest with me about when they would be able to send someone out. They called me 2 days ahead of time to let me know the day and 2 hour window when they would show up. They sent me an email with the information as well. On the day of the actual service, they called to let me know when I was next and again when they were actually heading my way. When they got here, they both put on their masks, wore gloves and put on shoe covers when they had to come inside. They evaluated the unit and gave me some options on what could be done to repair it with prices. Greg was considerate when answering my questions. The repair was done in a very timely manner.
