50 gallon hot water heater sprung a soldering/joint leak atop unit. Folkes was quick to dispatch 2 techs, who were fairly new as employees, but not new to the heating/plumbing trade. As requested, I asked for a tank flush and a joint re-solder, as well as an overall equipment assessment & replacement quote as I knew the life cycle of the hot water heater was nearing its end. The maintenance flush & repairs were quick which I paid a more than fair repair price for, Was also given a quote for what a new unit would cost including permits, parts & labor. Thanks to John & Shane... nicely done! And thank you once again to Linda, Margaret and Dustin for helping out so quickly!
