“Two of my air conditioner units died on the same evening and Folkes sent Greg out first thing the next morning and he was able to fix one of them. He was extremely professional. Billy came the following day to discuss replacing the broken one and I decided to replace both even though he was not pushing it, just gave me the facts. Billy was very knowledgeable, great to work with and answered all of our questions immediately even though I was definitely being annoying.
