“We needed to have a hydronic heating loop in our house bypassed to make way for some remodeling work. Folkes arranged to have the work done for a reasonable price. Several days before the appointment Folkes called to tell us that they would have to postpone due to a plumber calling in sick. No problem, we rescheduled. Remember this occurred during the time of a Covid-19 reopening and there was a lot of work coming in that had been delayed for months, making Folkes and other contractors very busy. The delay occurred two more times, but Folkes was always in communication well before each delayed appointment and was very apologetic. Communication is important! Good job Folkes! When they did finally come out at the scheduled time, the work was done quickly and in a professional manner. Mask worn, shoe coverings used when the plumber was inside the house, full clean up after the job. We have had other work done by Folkes and this was done just as well as the other work.”
