No A/C. Customer stated system was making humming sound earlier in week. Pulled condenser door off and there was no contactor inside of unit, wires for contactor were taped off inside of unit. Customer also stated another gentleman told him his compressor was shot. He has an R22 System. Gave customer pricing to install contactor, but informed him that if the compressor is shot he will have to replace the unit. Customer would just to replace unit and would like to schedule an appointment for replacement. System is not currently operational.

Performed annual maintenance on air conditioning system. Return filter just changed, UV light still operational, cleaned indoor coil, tested condensate pump, inspected blower wheel which was clean, took amp readings of blower motor which were normal, at condenser tested capacitor which tested in range, contactor in good condition, pressures tested normal, brushed outdoor coil backside very dirty, but system operational and working. Also adjusted air flow upstairs in attic one of the dampers in master bedroom closed, balanced dampers and much better air flow.

Checked lockout history on boiler. Has one error message 150 hours ago for low water pressure lockout. No message upon arrival. Checked current boiler pressure. Boiler sensor and triadicator both indicated 12psi. Adjusted water feeder to 15psi standing pressure. Ran system through heating cycle and checked system operation. Pressure hold at 15-17psi.

Made adjustments to the burner so the cad cell eye saw the flame better. Got it from 6,000 ohms to 3,000 ohms. Still not great but is better. Can not see anything wrong with the burner. Changed the cad cell eye in case, left the old one behind.

Cleaned and serviced one oil boiler. Brushed and cleaned burner chamber, changed filter, nozzle, strainer, inspected water components slight corrosion on water feeder due to antifreeze, all zone valves working properly, took combustion and efficiency test which tested normal. System operational and working.

Found heat or air conditioning not energizing. Customer had new condenser installed. Still has refrigerant leak in air handler. Needs estimate to replace line set and air handler. Also found wire from boiler in attic had been disconnected. Attempted to rewire low voltage at boiler and air handler still not energizing zone valve. Will need to run new wire from air handler to boiler and air handler to thermostat so have a common wire for nest.

Cleaned and serviced one electric heat system with MA. Customer should have Merv filter 16x25x4 but installed one inch filter 16x25x1. Tested blower motor amp readings which were normal, pulled heating coil to inspect which everything looked good, humidifier water panel in good condition, UV light operational, vacuumed inside blower wheel compartment and beginning of return duct a lot of dust more than likely left over from duct cleaning, system operational and working
