Folkes has always had friendly staff and technicians since we started using them and today was no exception. Danny is a courteous and knowledgeable fellow, and handled the AC maintenance with aplomb. Wanda was great and easy going for working out the contract payment and scheduling the maintenance. I deal with many technicians and companies in my line of work and Folkes is certainly a cut above.
