From the initial phone call to set up the appointment, all the way through to the technician (Shane) who came out to do the job. I originally called on a Friday to set up an appointment for the following Tuesday. In the days between we had the huge snow storm and Folkes notified us in a timely fashion that they wouldn't be able to come out that day due to the bad weather. We rescheduled for Friday of the same week. Not only did the technician arrive within the appointment time frame, but Folkes called me twice before the technician arrived to confirm the appointment and give me an update on arrival time.
