Once again Shane was outstanding. He was to connect a gas line to a new dryer, and fond the connection on the new dryer was a different size than the gas line. He went out and found the correct adapter, hooked it up and ten made sure the dryer fit into the appropriate spot in our laundry room. Extremely satisfied with Shane’s concern to make sure everything fit properly and worked

Both times Folks came out they were very professional. We’re able to explain the issue and fix the issue. Enlighten me when I had questions about the system. Pricing was not super clear (other than know that it would be at least a certain amount to have Someone come to the house). Although the receipt did break down cost of services provided.

Scott looked at our Mitsubishi AC/Heating system and our new AC/Heat pump system. It’s not easy getting into our attic, up a ladder and crawling involved. Scott did the maintenance and had an upbeat attitude.
