Customer is not home. Spoke with him on phone. He attempted to install new nest thermostat and it would not heat edition above garage. Wired thermostat with blue to common, red to rh, yellow to y and thermostat fired up boiler and began heating first company pipes, checked temperatures from vents in edition and temperatures were good. Allowed thermostat to reach temperature and unit turned off normally. System is operating normally. Per dj, diagnostic only. Customer was not home and on a conference call and will have to call office for payment.

Cleaned and serviced 2 heat pump systems. Replaced the filters and took pressures. Coils were cleaned and all components were checked.

C/S Oil. Replaced filter strainer and nozzle. Brushed and vacuumed flue and chamber. Checked all components. Boiler is under 2 years old and is rarely used. All components burner and piping are all in great shape. System is running normally. Customer declined MA for Oil.

Arrived at customers house found clogged kitchen drain. Snaked twice sink still backed up. Told customer about water jetting but advised it is only a temporary fix. Gave customer an estimate to correct back pitch in basement and new trap under sink.

Performed gas cleaning on 2 systems. Checked blower, board, inducer, pressure switches, flame sensor, temperature rise, combustion tests. Customer stated air flow to master bedroom was not heating or cooling room, found flex to be disconnected, reattached and room began heating and cooling. Both systems operational. Customer was on conference call during time at home, could not go over estimates with customer, will send it in email.

Customer stated high humidity levels in one room. Checked system running pressures and temperatures. Checked for drain restrictions. System operating normally at this time. Recommended to run fan in higher speed to move more air across coil.

Customer stated leak was from ac system outside. Tested drain, water drains into gutter where condensate line runs into, leak is in gutter about 15 yards away from where condensate line runs out. Leak is coming from molding beneath gutter. Poured bottle of water into gutter right above where the drip is happening and the leak increased drastically as I poured full bottle of water into gutter above leak. Do not believe leak is associated with install of ac system. Recommended to have gutter expert inspect leak and if not related to gutter to call us back.

Found outdoor ductless condenser not energizing. Indoor unit flashing error code. Operation light off and timer flashing two times. While opening outdoor system found there to be very large bees nest. Will need to be removed. Also tried call manufacturer. Keep getting no answer. May be closed for holiday. Will need to follow with with Fujitsu when open. And customer will have bees nest removed.

Found the drain clogged at the inside of the pan, cleaned it out and tested, unit drained and condensate pump removed the water. System is operating properly.

Found first floor system to be low on charge. Second floor system found compressor to be seized. Found all refrigerant and compressor oil has leaked out of system causing seized compressor. Recharged second floor system. First floor system needs replacement. Need to set appointment for replacement estimate.
