Tyler is just great. I love his manner. I love how smart he is. And he is so easy to be around. I am happy that Tyler was training a new person, Shane, who seems very nice. I also very much appreciate that Folkes has a racially diverse company in terms of who Folkes hires. Makes both me and my partner happy.

Tony was professional , polite , and explained everything in detail.
Noah was great but it wasn’t a diagnostic - shouldn’t have been charged for it
Jordan Sanchez - Fishkill, NY
I needed a quote to run a new condensation line, not a system diagnostic and was essentially charged $100 to quote me for ANOTHER service. I made this clear to the scheduling team but they have no way to charge that in the system. It should have been a $50 service call. With that said, Noah was great and Margaret from the call center was also very good.
