Coil froze over and caused water leak, charged and added dye, need to schedule 2nd part of leak check under warranty
No hot water due to bad motor at burner and blower wheel, replaced both parts tested system operational.
Completed annual ac tune up on one system. Replaced one customer supplied filter. Took temperatures and pressures. Went over IAQ packages with customer. She will think about it. No issues to report at this time.

Called out for a leaking water heater. After speaking with the customer regarding the replacement of the old heater we drained and removed the old tank. We then install a 75 gallon power vented natural gas water heater. The temperature is set at 120 degrees. Cleaned up and collected payment. AC tune up with MA. Customer changed return filter 12x24x1, cleaned inside coil, cleared condensate drain line, capacitor tested in range for blower wheel, blower wheel amp readings normal. At condenser pressures were normal, capacitor tested in range, contactor in good shape, and brushed outdoor coil. System operational and working.
Replaced part, lubricated motor, tested, system operational, due recommend contactor relay replacement.
Call back from previous water leak. Teflon tape on male adapter came off at last visit, did not notice, causing slight drip coming from male adapter. Removed and applied Teflon tape and tightened adapter back into place. Ran system for 20 minutes to make sure drip had stopped,Drip has stopped and issue is resolved.
Arrived at customers house to reconnect dryer vent after evaluating found that the vent was never connected to begin with had installed 4 inch 90 above vent hood. Started and tested.
Found bad thermostat on indirect tank. Need to get price for part. Completed clean and service of one peerless boiler. Cleaned burners. Took combustion and efficiency test. Temp is 180 degrees and pressure is 19 psi. No further issues to report at this time.

Called out for an estimate to replace a 65 gallon electric water heater. After speaking with the customer regarding the replacement heater I gave an estimate to install a 50 gallon electric water heater. After approval I drained and removed the old tank and installed the new 59 gallon electric water heater. The temperature is set at 120 degrees. There are no signs of leaks at this time. Bad blower motor at air handler, needs to be order and replaced.
Found condensate collecting on front plastic vain. It was set in mostly closed position. Adjusted to open position. And condensation evaporated. Checked drain and running temperatures and filters. Customer will call office with c.c..
Found water heater leaking from top of tank. Need to follow up with customer regarding warranties and availability of new tank.
AC Tune x2 wit MA
No AC due to bad circuit breaker at disconnect, needs to be replaced in order for system to be operational with non-fuse disconnect.
Clogged drain. Flushed and brushed drain line, sludge in drain line causing blockage. Tested drain, water is making it to pump and pump is removing water.
Spill switch on right side of flu defective replaced and tested system no fault codes.
Found capacitor weak. Replaced capacitor and tested pressures which were normal. System is 23 years old and customer will take a estimate for residential replacement.
Called out to replace a customer supplied shower cartridge. After speaking with the customer regarding the delta shower valve cartridge replacement we removed the old cartridge and installed a new cs single handle delta shower valve cartridge. An estimate was left to replace the shower valve if a leak occurs again in the near future.
System operational, found clogged air filter, replaced, tested, system operational, checked air handler, amp draw at blower motor, found no other issues.
Pilot blew out, re-lite, tested, system operational.
No ac. Compressor not starting up. Found hard start kit to be defective, also found capacitor to be showing signs of failing. Replaced both, compressor kicked on, took pressures, system operating normally.
