Moved heat pump to the left 12â€. Had to install new electrical whip. Cycled system and checked operation. Also completed annual maintenance on ductless heat pump.
Completed a full system duct cleaning, cleaned all the registers along with the trunks. Installed a uv light along with a hepa system. Tested everything. Running properly. Serial number for hepa system- 1005504562-20201-031
System not running upon arrival thermostat set for 73 degrees house reading at 70, tested both floors second floor thermostat turned system on and off when told to do so, on first floor had thermostat set for 73 furnace not running checked voltages at control board and found no communication from first floor thermostat. Replaced thermostat and tested system furnance came on and turned off when told to do so. System operational and working.
Cleaned and serviced one gas furnace with MA. Cleaned flame sensor, inspected igniter which was good, cleared PTrap and lines, tested blower capacitor which tested in range, inspected heat exchanger no signs of cracking or rust, changed return filters 14x14x1, took combustion readings which were normal, inducer fan motor starting to make some noise gave customer estimate to replace it. Customer signed up for maintenance agreement.
IAQ estimate, paid in full, need to schedule appointment to have install done.
Cleaned and serviced gas boiler. Customer had new flame sensor and ignitor for the boiler. Installed both and the ignitor didnâ€™t work. Put the old one back and the system started fine. No issues to report.
Ran shower hot and cold separately hear creeking in walls. House built on slab. No sign of any water damage. Took trim off of shower, no sign of water damage. Most likely expansion and contraction of pipe rubbing on wood frame.
Customer had power surge/outage to home. Found blown fuse on main circuit board caused by shorted pump from power surge. Replaced circulator pump and pressure relief valve. Filled and purged boiler and checked operation. Need to schedule maintenance with customer.
Arrived and found error code for no flame. Reset and the flame came on then went out. Cleaned the flame sensor and it stayed in then the gas valve started to click a bunch of times. Found the gas valve corroded at the top but the pressure switch was causing the issue of the valve clicking. Recommended to replace both. The customer wants to wait since the warmer weather is coming. The furnace gives her intermittent heat so she is okay for now. Sheâ€™s looking to replace the system this year at some point but she just moved into her house and needs to get settled.
Ran pistol snake through access I found downstairs and was able to clear blockage
Found nozzle to be defective causing blow back, checked oil pump seal slightly damp but could have been from nozzle. Cleaned inside burner compartment and underneath burner motor. Put new absorbent pads down it is leaks again will have to change oil pump.
Cleaned and serviced one oil boiler with MA. Changed filter, nozzle, and strainer. Vacuumed combustion chamber, noticed cad cell eye discolored gave customer estimate to replace, also customer had issue with hard water awhile back so gave him estimate to acid flush coil and boiler. Tested all water components, each zone, performed smoke test which system had no smoke, and performed combustion and efficiency test which system was normal no issues. System operational and working.
Completed annual clean and service of one gas fired furnace. Replaced one (20x25x1) filter. Recommend IAQ package. Duct work is very dirty.

Leaned and serviced one gas boiler with MA.
Found system locking out on high head pressure fault code. Found several faults logged in control board. All same faults. Recovered some refrigerant from system and re checked system operating pressures. Saw no further lockouts at this time.
Arrived and found system off at the thermostat, turned it on and the inducer motor ran but the pressure switch never closed. Error code came on for that reason. Jumped out the pressure switch and the system worked. Cleared drains, the trap, air tubes and tested the system. Still the pressure switch didnâ€™t close. Replaced and tested the system multiple times. No other issues to report.
Cleaned and serviced gas furnace. Inspected Heat exchanger. Cleaned flame sensor. Checked wiring, capacitor, and amp readings. Replaced air filter. Checked blower wheel and duct cleanliness. Performed combustion and efficiency test. Tested unit. System operational.
Upon arrival found system operational, looked up errors code f10 pointing at flame sensor and igniter, cleaned, tested, also did combustion test, found levels normal, system operational.
Replaced parts under warranty, tested, had customer test system, no issues to report, system operational.
Arrived and found no power to the system. Found the emergency switch off at the top of the stairs.
Need to schedule appointment to replace blower wheel and motor on Indoor wall unit.

Found cad cell eye reading 3-4000 ohms, lens was fogged, replaced, tested, new eye reading 250-300 ohms, system operational. System shutting off to no flame.
