Our old A/C unit was not working. Folkes sent out a technician the next day. He was professional and explained everything. Unfortunately it was not able to be fixed and they sent someone to give us an estimate. He was wonderful at explaining the process, what we needed and what our options were. We ended up replacing our system and the technicians at Folkes were courteous and professional. They put in long hours to get the job done and made sure they kept the the areas they had to walk through and work clean. I would definitely recommend them!
Help - Holmes, NY
After some debate about an anode today that did not exist in our indirect water heater, we used bleach to hopefully kill the bacteria that is causing the sulfur odor in the hot water. Wishing it will be gone with the wind.

Nicole - Holmes, NY
After calling our usual company about a loud rumbling from our furnace, and being put off until Tuesday, I decided to take advice and give Folkes a try - I’m so glad I did, and so grateful for the fast, efficient service. We signed up for the service plan, a part will be ordered and replaced next week, and the furnace seems to be running much better in the meantime with no noise and no more smell (our furnace is old and Italian - a great furnace but uncommon and nobody keeps parts on hand). I was so grateful for the rapid response, they were here ahead of the promised time, and they couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. It was a great experience, the price was reasonable, and I really couldn’t be happier. Thank you Folkes!
