I called Folkes about my AC not blowing cold air around 9am. The tech arrived around 3:45pm same day and resolved the problem within 15 minutes. The only thing I would say is the service price could have been adjusted slightly given that I provided the replacement part for the AC unit. The technician, Danny is very knowledgeable and courteous.
