We recently had a large plumbing repair, it was a whopper! Two young techs were dispatched to handle this large repair. They were great, explained the work they were going to perform and then went at it without letting up, working very late till at least 8pm well past quitting time. They overcame several obstacles that they encountered along the way without complaining or charging extra. I was so impressed with their professionalism. It's refreshing to see such genuine work ethic in the younger generation. This is a professionally managed company that comes and gets the job done, charges a fair price, and backs the workmanship of its technicians. We've recommended Folkes without hesitation to other family members that don't even get return calls from their service provider. They have the staff and technicians to cover a wide variety of home service needs. We've used them for electric, hvac, and plumbing. Very satisfied with each visit. Thankful for the ability to call on such a company. God bless and best wishes for your continued success. Thank you.

Even though I have a contract, I didn’t think anyone would be able to get here from Folke’s tonight. This is the second year in a row Tony showed up for a late call on the hottest of days. He was so thorough, going through my attic, checking everything. And, he took the time to explain everything even though it’s late and I know he has more calls after this. People complain about prices all the time, but I’d rather pay what I do snd know I’ll get superior service. Highly recommend Folke’s and Tony to everyone!
