I will make sure not to use Folkes again. I asked for oil burner service and diagnostic with 3 valves replacement. It took all day (8am -9pm) and three technicians with flooded basement to complete the task! I was misdiagnosed by first two technicians and charged for the part that didn’t need to be replaced! Waste of time and money! To think I was about to hire them to do my central AC instal!

No ac. Found hard start kit and condenser capacitor failed. Replaced both. Compressor was over heated, cooled down with hose for 10 minutes. After cooling down compressor system fired up. Checked pressures and temperatures. System operating normally.
Found bad water feeder valve, Replaced, purged all zones, tested all zones system operational.
Called out to replace two ball valves. I replaced the ball valves for the heating system after I drained down the lines. I then went to pick up parts to install and also had to go back for more parts that needed to be replaced on the boiler. I purged the air from the system and opened the water. The relief valve is still opening due to a bad expansion tank. An hvac tech will be here shortly to change the expansion tank.The work done here today has a one year warranty.
Initially called out for AC not working. Had customer turn on AC and system came on, checked return filter which was very dirty changed customer provided filter 20x25x5. Customer had a tune up scheduled for Friday but with no other issues did tune up while I was here. Condensate pump working properly, took amp readings of blower motor which were normal, coil is enclosed so couldnâ€™t clean indoor coil. At condenser tested pressures which were spot on, co factor in good condition, tested capacitor which tested in range, outdoor coil in good condition no dirt. System operational and working at this time.
Called out to replace an indirect 50 gallon water heater. I drained and removed the old tank. I then installed the new 50 gallon indirect water heater. The water is up set at 120 degrees. This tank is under warranty. There are no signs of leaks at this time. Cleaned up and collected payment. Model #sl50 Serial#072040050
Completed ac tune up on two systems. Cleared drain lines. Washed filters took temperatures and pressures. No issues to report at this time.
Found float switch tripped at air handler pan is slanted to one side due to condensate pump location, all water went to one corner which wasnâ€™t much and tripped float switch. Took water out of pan and float switch reset and power to unit came back on. System operational and working.
Performed oil cleaning for oil boiler, changed filter nozzle and strainer, pressures of boiler normal, cleaned burner chamber, combustion test normal, checked all three zones to make sure each zone opened and closed. System operational will add follow up form for main water line valve showing signs of leaking customer wants itâ€™s replaced.
Performed ac tune up. Checked temperatures, cleared trap, checked coil, blowerwheel, wiring, thermostat, evaporator coil, pressures, contactor and capacitors. System operating normally. Customer complained that cigarette smoke from neighboring town home was coming into her home causing her asthma and home smelling like smoke, recommended to install a UV System with Oxidizer, customer said she will see if she can move some money around to install at a later date.
Replaced capacitor for second floor condenser with a turbo 200. Tested and checked pressures. System operating normally.
Called out for a leak on a recently repaired toilet. After speaking with the customer regarding the replacement of the toilet I removed the old toilet and installed a new Gerber Viper with slow close seat. The toilet is in and there are no signs of leaks. I flushed multiple times to test. There is a one year warranty on the work done here today. Cleaned up and collected payment.
System operational. Checked pressures which were normal, customer changed capacitor this afternoon, contactor has a few small burn marks on contacts. Filter in good condition for return duct. Everything looks normal.
System running upon arrival customer just changed filters. Tested pressures which were normal, capacitor tested in range but is the original one, contactor in good condition, coil condition of condenser in good condition, no issues with wiring or circuit board. System operational and working at this time.

Arrived at customers houses for a no water complaint after evaluating found water softener media stuck on all the faucets. Advised customer to take aerators off and run water at all faucets to clear the water line.
found tripped spill switch recommend having chimney evaluated, tested, System operational, gave number to customer for frank tri county chimney.
No AC due to system low on r-22 charged, tested, system operational.
Bad switch causing lights to turn off at garage, needs to be replaced, turned off lights for customer, no noise at condenser, made adjustments to low voltage wiring, receptacles that are not working told customer to call D&S electric to repair.

Had a error code at condenser for 04 which is rotary lockout. Reset system and air handler and condenser came Hooked up gauges pressures were normal, let run and no error codes came back.
Called out to install a kohler part that was defective when we installed the kohler faucet. I spoke to Security Plumbing supply and a rep at Kohler. They sent the wrong cartridge initially. I ordered the right cartridge and will install it once the customer has it. I apologized for the confusion and will come back out once the parts are here.
Installed Amana ac system, new lineset, T6 Honeywell thermostats, 20x20 Honeywell media filter.
Installer setting in control were reseted due to power outage, had to make adjustments with tech support in order to get system operational, tested, system operational.
Performed ac tune up. Checked delta t, cleared trap, checked coil and blower, checked duct work, took pressures pressure are normal, checked capacitor and contactor. Customer stated spare bedroom vent wasnâ€™t pushing as much air out as other rooms, opened damper all the way and air flow has improved, took temperature from vent and temperature is good. System operating normally.
