Folks arrived on 07/31/2021 for a clogged main line. Customer stated the line was clear when I arrived he showed me the trap under house as well as the clean out outside. The trap was clear and so was the clean out. I had the customer run water for approximately 5 mins and all seemed to be working. I thanked customer for choosing folks and left.
This is to replace all the valves in the bathrooms and the valves under the kitchen sink and change the kitchen faucet Folks arrived on 07/31/2021 to replace kitchen faucet and valves. We have to replace the valves for the hot and cold under the kitchen sink as well as the dishwasher valve. We also have to replace the hot and cold on both bathroom sinks and replace both toilet valves. I replaced the kitchen faucet today.I started by turning the water off to the kitchen sink and disconnecting the old faucet. I then removed the old faucet from the sink. I then installed the new customer supplied faucet and secured it to the sink. I then turned the water and checked for leaks there are no leaks at this time.we will be returning on august 11 2021 to replace all of the valves. I then thanked the customer for choosing folks and left.

Service for sump pump estimate: arrived to home to find that customer just had a boiler installed by us. Went over install with customer and customer was very happy with our service. Went into basement and found that hot water heater was installed with an gas appliance wip and braided line for water lines with a saddle valve expansion tank. Explained to customer how this would need to be re install properly with spill switch and ridged gas line and water lines. Also found that customer drainage line was copper. Copper is in good shape but explained to customer how eventually it would need to be replaced because the bottom would rot out. Also found that customer wanted estimate for sump pumps. Found that customer had generator so battery back ups would really be the best option because the pits are small. Also found that all ones are ran with plastic hose. Explained to customer how both pumps would be ran in pvc. Also found that the laundry tray pump would need to be hard piped to. Brou
Installed pure air polarized air cleaner. Tested system operation after install.
I arrive to customer home to cut off the sheet rock under the sink to locate the kitchen sink drain line that is clogging the second floor shower,I cut six holes the size of a quarter to use the Milwaukee camara ,I found out that the drain line goes to the left side of the sink, unfortunately I couldn’t find it the only way to find it is to cut the sheet rock and make a big hole about the counter top or remove the base cabinet to locate the drain but home owner didn’t want to do that . The option was to run the mini jetter from the kitchen sink drain to try to open the clog . We have to reschedule for August 9 in the morning, home owner pay half of the total with it was $342.54 of total of $633.61 .
Re-installed condenser fan motor that customer removed from condenser, no ac was caused by failed capacitor at condenser, replaced, tested, system operational, checked pressures and found levels to be normal.
Completed dryer vent cleaning. I found that the pipe was disconnected at 3 different joints, I put them back together properly.
Arrived and found the pilot out on the water heater. Found the spill switches on the flu pipe tripped. The system is drafting properly. The spill switches are very sensitive and this may have been caused by the recent storms and wind we’ve had and had a back draft down the flu. Reset the spill switches, adjusted them and relit the pilot and started the water heater. No other issues to report.
