Judith Cooper - Wappingers Falls, NY
Greg and Dillon responded to our call that our furnace was not producing heat. A technician had come on Friday to perform the spring maintenance on the air conditioner/condensing gas furnace. Greg determined the water waste pump was no longer working and had to be replaced. Although it had been working up until the maintenance performed on Friday, 4/16. Greg replaced the unit and ensured everything is working properly. We appreciate his expert knowledge, troubleshooting technique, and efficient service.

You’re technician Noah Diaz Came to service my central air unit. He explained repairs that were needed. He gave me his professional insight about pro/ cons about the repairs that were needed on a unit that is 20 years old. I guess you could stay it’s going to be an “out with the old, in with the new” situation. Although, I had him perform the repairs just to get me through summer season- a new unit must be considered! Thank you, Noah and Folkes for never letting me down!

The Folkes team provide excellent communications throughout the process from the time I schedule the service until the work is completed. During the appointment they provide a 2 hour window when the service will be performed and then have the service person called before their arrival. This is extremely helpful to help the customer manage their time which is very much appreciated. They always provide a detailed explanation before / after work is performed so there is never misunderstanding. Highly recommend them for all heating / cooling services.

Noah and David came out to install out new hot water tank, a week sooner than we thought! They took care of everything, including moving our dryer. Installed new tank, waited to check everything out, including coming up to temp. Then check again. Our laundry/boiler room was cleaner when they left then we normally keep it.
