2 Whole Home Safety Check Visits
Membership includes a thorough safety check visit for both your plumbing and electrical systems, with one visit dedicated to each.

$100 towards a new HVAC system purchase for every year of membership, with savings accumulating up to a maximum of $1,000.
Extended Warranty
All repairs come with a 3-year parts and labor warranty for continuous program enrollment and regular system maintenance. (Service must be performed by Folkes Home Services)
