Chris came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the parts available and made a quick repair to get my AC running again on a hot day. He was friendly and professional. Beware though that some parts can carry a 400% mark-up, as did mine. That is my only issue I had with my experience.
Honest & proficient HVAC technician

After filling the unit I turned the gas on and spread the leak tester and watched for approximately 10-15 mins, there were no leaks at this time. I then checked over all the water lines there were no leaks at this time. I then connected a spill switch to the vent. I then lit the pilot light and set to the first setting. Arrived at customers home to inspect the source of a leak. Upon arriving I inspected the shower to see if there was any racks in the tiles or grouting. I did find that the caulking on the bottom of the shower near the door was dried and cracked and also on the shower handle trim there was a gap that water was possibly getting through. I suggested to customer to let me silicone around the shower and shower handle trim as a way of process of elimination before cutting the ceiling open. Customer agreed. Once I finished siliconing the shower I told customer to give the silicone about a day to dry and then test the shower to see if the issue resolved it self.

Everything is functioning at this time. I thanked the customer for choosing folks and left.
