I was kept apprised of arrival time; technician was polite, friendly, and explained everything thoroughly. The only thing I was not happy about was the diagnostic fee; I feel that should be waived if customer decides to have repair done. All other companies I deal with for home repairs do free estimates or waive fee after repair.
