Cleaned and serviced one gas boiler with MA. Pulled and cleaned burners and vacuumed inside burner chamber, tested thermocouple which tested very weak and customer had a issue with trying to get it lit the other night, replaced and tested. Tested all zone valves, water feeder was stuck closed freed water feeder, noticed boiler pressure slightly high informed customer that expansion tank may be beginning to fail, left estimate with customer, performed combustion and efficiency test which everything was normal, boiler cut off at temperature. System operational and working.
